When Don began his association with ActionCOACH, he voluntarily shut the door on a six-figure salary, major bonuses, and stock options. The door Don opened led him out of his comfort zone, but helped him fulfill lifelong dreams of being a successful business owner with purpose, meaning, and balance in his life. After surviving a corporate takeover in late 1990s, he realized he wanted more control of his own destiny. Don helped pioneer ActionCOACH in the U.S. by becoming Master Franchisee for Pennsylvania. As the most senior member between U.S. Master Franchisees, he helped create and was elected first president of U.S. Master Franchisee Advisory Board. He continues to produce top performers among the 900+ global ActionCOACH coaching ranks. Don finds himself having time for family and community.
